The finishing touch includes balustrades made from timber, stainless steel, steel, glass & wire.

Not only are posts a functional aspect of a staircase, they can also make a great feature, choose from timber or stainless steel.
The Process
If you’re starting to plan your stair project and not sure where to begin, here’s some information on the process. If you’re not sure where to start but have an idea in mind, get in touch and we can step through your vision to bring it to life!
Timeline
There are lots of things to consider when planning your stair project so it’s best that you plan ahead, giving yourself enough time to select the right staircase for the right space in your residential or commercial property. The entire process from selection through to quoting, manufacturing and finally installation, can take some time depending on the chosen staircase design and your project timelines.
Choosing your Staircase
You can select from a standard range of staircases or if you are looking for something unique, we can help bring your vision to life. Sending us photos can also help if you have a preferred style or design already in mind. If you don’t know what you’re looking for and would like some help, we can do this too!
Planning & Estimating
If you have any plans of the area/space, you can send these through to our team so we have a clear idea on the area we are working with. The more information received, the more accurate and detailed pricing we can provide. Our team may also attend the site to take measurements and identify any other works required to ensure the safe installation of your staircase that meets legislative requirements.
Manufacturing
Once you have selected your staircase and accessories, approved the quote and paid a deposit, our team will commence engineering the chosen staircase. Depending on the design and finishing touches, manufacturing can take up to 4 weeks.
Installation
Once your staircase has been manufactured, our team will work with you or your builder, to identify an installation date. Installation can take as little as 1 day (for simple staircase designs) or longer for more complex projects. We pride ourselves on quality and we value what matters to you!
